Export and share

A collection can leave the app in two forms. The JSON file archives everything without loss, in a stable format meant to be kept for years. The image is designed to be shared next to a message: a clean layout, the main cards and the estimated total.

In both cases prices keep their source and date, because an amount taken out of context reads like a firm valuation. Nothing is sent anywhere unless you pick the destination in the iOS share sheet.
